Course Correction Request Form

To request a course change, please fill out the course correction/change form. Counsellor’s will not be responding to course change requests by email. Once you have filled in the form, you must attend your scheduled classes so that counsellors can find you once it’s your turn. The form closes Sept 6th at 3pm.

All correction requests must go through Microsoft Forms. You will need to be logged into your Office365 Account to access this form.

Grades 8 & 9 – Only corrections can be made to your schedule (i.e. you are missing a course). No other changes can be made at this time.

Grades 10 – 12: Limited course corrections and changes are available. Please READ priorities/reasons in the form before submitting, you will only be permitted to submit one request.
